Dr. Aditi Pagare is a practising doctor and the heart of MediGrow. After years of working in clinical settings across the UAE, she saw a pattern that frustrated her deeply. Brilliant doctors with life-changing skills were consistently losing patients to less qualified competitors, simply because they had no visibility online. Great healthcare was going unnoticed. And patients were none the wiser.
That frustration became a mission. Dr. Aditi co-founded MediGrow with one clear conviction: healthcare marketing must be done differently. With clinical credibility, patient empathy, and a deep respect for the trust patients place in their doctors. Her medical background gives MediGrow something no general marketing agency can replicate. Vinay Pagare is the growth engine behind MediGrow. A strategist and systems thinker by nature, Vinay has spent years building marketing operations that don’t just generate results. They generate results repeatedly, predictably, and at scale. His obsession is simple: turn great ideas into airtight systems, and turn those systems into compounding growth.
Before co-founding MediGrow, Vinay built and optimised marketing strategies across multiple industries. He studied what separates brands that grow once from brands that grow consistently. That journey gave him a hard-won understanding of funnels, performance marketing, brand positioning, and the internal operations that make an agency truly scalable. When he saw how broken healthcare marketing was. Generic content. Non-compliant campaigns. Strategies disconnected from how patients actually make decisions. He knew exactly where to focus.
